I recently stayed at a hotel in Skudai, and it was a great experience. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The public areas were always kept cool and comfortable, and the air-conditioning in my room worked perfectly. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. it was a wonderful stay.
I did notice some noise from outside my room at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The uncle at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even offered us a bigger room at the same price and personally checked if it was cleaned and ready for us. The commitment to customer satisfaction was impressive.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to a nearby mall, which saved us a lot of money on transportation costs. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and had easy access to public transportation. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with fresh linens and towels provided daily.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room was a bit cramped, especially with luggage for a longer stay.

The thin walls made it hard to sleep due to the loud noise coming from the hallways. , the smoking area was close to the main entrance, making the lobby smell bad, and some staff members smoked in the common areas.
